What
They Are Saying About Women's Community!
(As
Founder of Women's Community, I am justly proud of the response we are getting
from our virtual services to
women
in business. Denise Trifiletti)
Hi Denise, I love your newsletter!! We both attended Jessica Bowman's SEO class a few weeks ago. I own three resume
writing/career coaching practices. Whenever you get time, perhaps we could have a telephone conversation to discuss
some type of partnership. Thanks very much. Let me know if you want to get together. Keep up the great work!
I joined
WC as a specialist to learn and grow my business virtually. I have participated
in WC teleseminars offerings,
and
have found them to not only be practical
and applicable, but also inspirational and thought-provoking. WC has
expanded
my vision of my business, and has helped me
to see all the possible ways to package what I am already
doing
into virtual products. And I believe creating virtual products is the way to
GROW.
Thank
you WC!
LOVED
THE Class. It was both high quality and high content. It really spoke to me
when Anita asked us to consider -
"Would
you regret not having reached this dream?"
Wow - I learned I was not willing to settle...I can't wait
for
Anita's next class.
She
has really helped me connect with my true desires and has assisted me in the
path to my true passion in busienss.
This
was not only inspiring, it was very practical. The techniques used, along with
Anita's warm and open presentation
style,
help to get more clarity around which
unaccomplished dreams have the highest priority for me. They also provided
help
in clarifying "what the dream looks like."
Once
again, the call was excellent all the ways around. Perhaps I'm easy, but
I've been on so many calls where strategies
were
few and far between. Christine was very
giving on her knowledge and I felt my time was well-spent.
Yarrow
[mailto:chirising@fengshuiatthebay.com]
Christine
sounded knowledgable, confident and gave away much information. I particularly
liked the idea of collaboration.
I look
forward to future calls.
Directions
of "infrastructure" before campaigns. It's a given but good to hear
from a pro. the links and the q's that WC
asked
during the seminar. Thank you again for
getting the information to me!
The class
was excellent all the way around:
1) It
provided a comprehensive look at marketing plans that work;
2) Focus
on each area and how to optimize - some I knew and some I didn't - very appreciative
of the latter
3) Yesterday
I was stuck with FTP addresses and file names with Google's blogger - and today,
shazamm -
received
a quick fix and enhanced
service
for free! This, for me, was the most important part of the call.
Lastly,
unlike most calls - this was informative and worth the time spent!
Looking
forward to future calls!
The logical
and real steps set out. Also knowing that often people have resources
at hand i.e. spouse, family member,
friend
who helps. I need to think out of the
box to see where my resources are.
Content
rich, flowed well. Confirmed much of what I am doing is on tartet. Need to look
at optimization more.
Very informative
teleclass...thought it was great.

A BIG thanks!
Thank you, Denise, for helping me
to bring some semblance of order to my life as it relates to my business. When
I first came to you, I was not running it; it
was running me. While I should have
been elated about the sudden growth of my client base, I was overwhelmed and
finding it difficult to keep up! My
mind would dart frantically from things
that needed to be done yesterday to things that I wanted to accomplish in the
future.
Enter Denise with a plan! I especially
want to congratulate yo (and me) for a noteworthy accomplishment: The mass exodus
of sticky notes from my
computer monitor and workspace. Hooray!
Now that my Business Roles and Goals are in a concise, usable format, I no longer
have to rely on scattered
"to do" lists - in my head,
my cell phone, on note pads, on my bulletin board. I am now breathing a huge
sigh of relief. My 'to-do's' are no longer so
formidable. I see them as manageable.
Most importantly, I no longer enter my home office with a bad attitude!
I now have reclaimed my position as
reigning Queen of Power of Touch Therapeutic Massage. And queens rule. They
rule their personal lives, their
schedules, their workload, their self
-care - everything! This queen has a new scepter - her Business Roles and Goals.
She will always accomplish what
is set before her - with D2P's help,
of course!

Denise,
I had a great success rate with my
clients, but didn't know how to approach them for feedback, testimonials or
referrals. I explained my dilemma to Denise who understood right away what was
getting me stuck. Denise, you gave me the tools and processes with which to
approach clients and to mine my gold.
I no longer feel hesitant about approaching
clients because I now have the formula for getting responses. I can't wait to
use my new feedback form this week!
I also had been working with clients
in government and IT, and spoke to you regarding how to penetrate those markets
even more.
When you asked me which market I would
select if I had to choose just one, I answered - IT.
I believe helping me narrow my market
niche led to greater business focus and results. Thank you Denise, you've been
a great help already!

Denise,
I
was searching the Internet looking for information on how to start a networking
group of people with different businesses and establishing a commitment to work
with and refer business to each other, or to join one that already exists. While
I was doing this I saw the book (Create the Business Breakthrough Your Want:

the Book on a web site. It was eye-catching and I decided to purchase it.
The resource in the book are excellent and that is how I found out about you!

Thank you for keeping me focused on my sales and marketing plan
for this past year. When I made the decision to take my business
to the next level, I had no idea how to do it. Not only did you
give me the tools, but the Forum set the stage for reinforcement
and accountability. As a result, in one year I reached my 2-year
goals and have grown large enough to support the hiring of an assistant!
It's been a great year -- thank you!

| As
a result of working with Denise, I am focused on growing
my business through high quality partnerships. I continuously
forge partnerships with caterers and the like and sometimes
just in time to serve my client’s needs!
I have taken my partnerships to a new level as well.
I use the Partnership Model: GROW™ and clearly
state my goals and needs as well as roles and expectations.
I look for partners whose values match mine and specifically
those that deliver high quality services and a “Command
Performance”! I also make it a practice to crystallize
and clarify partnerships in writing.
Thank you Denise. As a result, my business is booming!

Having a hard time saying “no” to volunteer
and other activities – my calendar was booked with little
time for family and friends. Denise & I put a balanced Personal/Professional
Plan together, which resulted in significantly more quality time
for me and for those important to me.
For years of networking, I had presented my company and how my
services were different. After learning from Denise the concept
and value of Partnerships, I repositioned myself in the marketplace,
changing my presentation and networking goals and strategies. I
now ask for “Power Partners”. Before I could blink my
eyes, I immediately found a “Power Partner” who not
only became a personal friend but a professional associate leading
to a joint sales call, closed business, and revenues.

My problem? I was looking to meet power partners who could refer
me to their clients for my image consulting, wardrobe analysis and
personal shopping services.
My action taken? I met Susan of Balanced Spaces, a home and office
organizer. I encouraged her to join Denise’s Executive Women’s
Partnership Forum. Subsequently she asked me to be a speaker at
her monthly professional trade association meeting (National Association
of Professional Organizers) where I spoke on “Dressing Professionally
in a Casual World”.
My result? Not only have I received qualified referrals from Susan,
I am now getting referrals from the organizers in her association
to help their clients with image and wardrobe services. Also, Susan
gave me an excellent client. She bought the whole package. Image,
wardrobe and shopping.
Denise, you have made all the difference!

As an independent Mary Kay beauty consultant, I was
looking for ways to better service my customers, help in finding
potential customers, and ways to differentiate myself from the competition.
The Forum has provided me with skills and tools to better serve
and retain my present customers and to build a referral system.
The Forum also showed me the power of building effective partnerships
within the community to help me grow my business.
However, the most beneficial aspect to the Forum has been that
it taught me to define my roles and to align my personal and business
goals in order to create a vision for my future. This vision keeps
me focused and feeling confident that every day I am moving in the
right direction.
It has helped me to realize that “you’ll never leave
where you are until you decide where you’d rather be!”

From our very first one-on-one meeting, Denise has provided
the means for me to focus on what is most important
to me and my business. As an attorney and an independent
consultant, I was experiencing immense difficulty focusing
on what my goals, priorities and planning should be.
Denise enabled me to recognize that my true passion
lay not in the practice of law but in wellness consulting.
With Denise’s able guidance, I’ve been
successful in identifying and setting specific business
goals, as well as a personal mission statement and goals;
developing realistic plans to achieve those goals; analyzing
and developing workable marketing strategies, including
their applicability to network marketing; drafting articles
and other media offerings; and developing and working
with “power partners,” not only for referrals
but also for the exchange of ideas.
I’ve found the concepts of the EWPF to be most
enlightening, and more significantly applicable to all
types of business situations at all stages of business
development. The exchange of ideas during the Forum
sessions has been most rewarding. The Forum provides
a structured setting where we can bounce concepts and
ideas off each other for the mutual benefit of all.
This is truly a “win-win” situation that
I highly recommend.

“When
I started working with Denise, I had no concrete goals
or inspiring vision for my business. I had very few
clients as a result of poor tracking, marketing and
organization. I had no idea how to market a very specialized
exercise system to fill my classes and share my message
and my personal perspective on a subject very important
to me.
Through working with Denise, I started by focusing
on my concrete goals. These gave me a roadmap of where
I was going and some ideas of how to get there. Just
from that exercise one of the 5 (goals) was achieved
with no effort on my part. I began to truly understand
the idea of partnering with my clients because they
had the most power to bring me more clients.
As the idea of partnerships began to unfold for me,
I started giving up the notion I have always had in
my business – that I HAVE to BE everything TO
everyone no matter what I actually had to do. I began
to sit down with other dance teachers and consult with
other trainers in my field and see ways I could expand
my business through working with them. My new Power
Partners would take care of the marketing and organization.
Through a meeting with the first of
these Power Partners, my sense of purpose in the action dance studio
was challenged. Because of my work on partnerships and Denise’s
constant coaching that you don’t have to provide a service
your clients want if you can point them to who can, I was suddenly
free of having to do all the work myself. I began getting a clear
vision of a one-stop shop in the studio for all the products and
services I had in my goals. I imagined a “Dance Spa”
where clients could get a massage, acupuncture, natural supplements,
dance supplies, all forms of natural exercise, including my own
classes – and I didn't’t have to supply all the services
– just organize them and get a percentage. This was the truest
sense of a Power Partnership that could ever be envisioned in a
dance studio – truly a revolutionary idea that could set our
small studio apart from any in the world!
Not to allow the absolute euphoria of my inspirational
vision to cloud over good business sense, Denise has
insisted that she is paid for her services out of my
profit margin for our work – it definitely has!
I have found working with Denise to be the best coaching
I have ever had, even after years of personal coaches.
I know I can bring any challenge to her and she will
find a system for me to use to resolve it so that it
will be handled efficiently and effectively in the future.
Her specific ‘down to business’ style that
focuses you on your actual dreams and goals is unmatched
anywhere!”

You don’t know how much better I felt after attending

encouragement. I’ll see you at the next one!

I came into sales with absolutely no experience and
a lot of fear. I had been working in the multimedia/video
industry for years as a producer but never on the sales
side. I was hired for my knowledge of the medium.
In our field, it is more
important to be able to answer questions and brainstorm solutions
for clients than it is to “sell them”. I couldn't quite
merge my knowledge with my new profession.
I first met Denise at a networking function and jumped
at the chance to participate in her Executive Women’s
Partnership Forum. That very first day, I completely
changed my attitude about what I was doing. I had spent
the better part of a year in sales and had only made
one actual sale. I was discouraged to say the least.
Denise helped me refocus my attitude. She asked me questions
like:
“What is your passion?” “Why are
you doing what you do?” “Where do you see
yourself in ten years?”
I went home and thought about what I like to do and
why. I realized I like to problem solve. I like to talk
to people and hear what they do and think of ways I
can help them. All I had to do was change my perspective
from trying to ‘sell’ our services to trying
to ‘solve’ their problems!
That was five months ago. Today, we are signing a contract
that will last two years and bring in a quarter of our
annual revenue. Next week we are signing a contract
with the US Government that will open up endless possibilities!
Denise has coached me to ask the right questions, identify
my prospects, and to keep the “ball in play”
even when it seems like I’ve dropped it –
and to forge on.
I’ve been sowing these seeds for months now and
my garden is starting to grow.
Where do I see myself in ten years? Fulfilled.

I have found the following to be the
most beneficial aspects of the time I have spent with
Denise Trifiletti, Dynamic Destiny Partnerships:
Denise provided me with tools for planning and goal
setting. I had never written down and articulated my
goals on paper. I find this aspect to be extremely beneficial
because I now have vision and direction in both my career
and personal life.
Denise helped me prioritize my most important activities,
which yield the highest return on my investment. She
has made me realize that servicing my existing clients
should be my number one concern. I have had some difficulty
seeing that my existing accounts are my number one priority,
rather than only prospecting for new business. Denise
has also provided me with the tools for developing a
client survey, which allows me to get feedback on my
efforts.
Denise helped me develop my skills for being a professional
consultant, rather than just selling AFLAC. I now envision
myself becoming a well-rounded sales professional who
can add value to all my accounts through effective partnerships
with other professionals.

I had an existing contract, which was not generating profit. I
needed to double the rates and thought I would lose the contract.
I reached out to Cynthia, a Forum member, and Denise, for ideas.
They helped me detail the project so as to educate the buyer (regarding
the fair market value of each aspect of the project), price it accordingly,
and package with the unique advantage of a single source solution.
I not only got the contract, but I doubled the size and revenues!

I came to the Forum as a professional administrative
contractor. Although I read and thought I knew much about sales,
when Denise took me 'under her wing' she helped me shift from ‘price’

She has also encouraged me expanded my service offerings through

Her GROW model also keeps me focused on "win-win" outcomes.
