Partnership Tips
Results! Is that the bottom line of what we want? I believe it is.
And, that such results we want are both personal and professional.
So, what are the personal results we want?
Is it to achieve our destiny as defined best by
Dr. Stephen R. Covey, namely to:
- LIVE
- LOVE
- LEARN
- LEAVE A LEGACY; to make a difference, a contribution, to live a meaningful life
As women, it is our nature to help and support others - is that part of our legacy? It is certainly what I enjoy most about my 'business coaching' business.
So, can we achieve this PERSONAL RESULT of achieving our destiny and also achieve PROFESSIONAL RESULTS of bottom line business growth simultaneously?
Let's explore and you decide!
I'm sure you would agree that professional results or business profitability is directly correlated to how well we manage our time. It's the constant question: How can I get the greatest ROI on my time?
I believe that to achieve our Destiny its about continuously improving our ROI!
And, how can we do that?
I believe there are 3 keys to success and achieving our destiny:
- Being Dynamic; continuously measuring, improving, learning, and growing.
- Being Dynamic; leveraging technology.
- Leveraging Partnerships.
Therefore, my organization's name: Dynamic Destiny Partnerships, LLC.
Let's explore the Power of leveraging technology.
Obviously we know the Internet is not only here to stay but soon we will be turning on our ovens while driving home (or are you already?). But did you know that, Gartner reports that 98.2% of all companies that used targeted ONLINE MARKETING in 2003 achieved a 500% ROI compared to other forms of marketing? Just imagine the % now in 2005, and what the future ROI will be!
Regarding the "Power of Partnerships", the questions arise:
- Why go it alone? Why juggle all the balls?
- Why not find the right resources at the right time who can help you to GROW?
Partnerships can:
- Take the "load off your shoulders".
- Ensure you get the expertise you need, and solutions to your business challenges.
- Save you lots of time and money!
In sum:
- Achieve your destiny - what is your destiny?
- Be dynamic; constantly change (i.e. leverage technology)
- Partner, partner, partner
And then, CREATE THE BRAKTHROUGH AND EXPONENTIAL BUSINESS RESULTS YOU WANT!

Success Story
I want to take this opportunity to share a success story with which I am personally involved.
Womenscommunity.net, after years of development, is officially launched. The launch on 1/11 was a smashing success. We not only had to stop enrollments in the event, but also have the fortune of having to schedule additional events and ongoing teleconferences for those interested.
The WC.net initiative is a result of a partnership between three experienced women in business:
Ø Paula Constantino, VP Business Planning & Operations, who is an attorney, experienced with a high-tech start-up, and also a women’s health advocate and representative of Nikken.
Ø Amy Schoen, VP Sales/Marketing, current life coach and owner of Heart Mind Connections, and former business owner of a retail women’s boutique for 13 years.
Ø Denise Trifiletti, President, the visionary of WC.net, who brings nationally recognized leadership and sales/marketing experience, along with technology expertise.

Thanks to all who came out to our exciting launch of Womenscommunity.net! The women in business who came were as enthusiastic as the Board, and registered to be a part of the team of this dynamic new organization.
The team includes:
- Experts in their field, "specialists" who will be led by...
- Specialty Leaders in each of these major aspects of business:
= Sales and Marketing
= Information Technology
= Human Resources
= Business Planning & Operations
= Finance
= Wellness
We are currently seeking more Specialists and Leaders who, once qualified by the Board, will be accepted based on a FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVED BASIS by area of Specialty.
We are reviewing applications and will be conducting our 1st orientation session for Specialty Leaders on February 1 at 12:00 noon. A session for Specialists will be forthcoming.
We have also begun the process of seeking Sponsors & Affiliate Partners who will support or promote the website. Our team will also be our affiliate partners and have an affiliate program with womenscommunity.net. We are seeking the best solutions for such a program for our team as well.
CONGRATULATIONS to all who have been accepted by the Board to be a part of the team! We are looking forward to all your most valued inputs and suggestions as we GROW exponentially, and in PARTNERSHIP!
