customers, and ways to differentiate myself from the competition.
The Forum has provided me with skills and tools to better
serve and retain my present customers and to build a referral system.
The Forum also showed me the power of building effective partnerships
within the community to help me grow my business.
However, the most beneficial aspect to the Forum has been
that it taught me to define my roles and to align my personal and business
goals in order to create a vision for my future. This vision keeps me
